Nursing Connect is a six-month virtual program which is intentionally designed to uplift and support undocumented students who are currently enrolled in a nursing program or who have completed their education and obtained nursing licensure. The program addresses a critical question many undocumented nurses face: “How can I work and use my nursing license if I am undocumented?”

Through community, mentorship, and skill-building, participants will explore entrepreneurship in health care as a way to use their nursing skills in nontraditional and innovative ways. The program introduces nurse-led and community-based approaches to care, including cooperative and collective business models and alternative career pathways outside of traditional employment settings.

Accepted participants will have the opportunity to engage in online events with their peers to share resources, exchange knowledge, and receive support within a safe and inclusive environment.

Applications will open in the Spring 2027.
