Provide a brief bio about yourself:

I was born and raised in the Malaybalay, Bukidnon, Philippines. Every since I was young, I have always dreamed of becoming a doctor due to one inspiring physician who saved my life. I know its a cliche, but hearing the stories about the incident pushed my initial interest towards a healthcare profession. Nonetheless, it was not until later in high school that I truly dedicated my pursuit towards healthcare; more specially to become an Osteopathic Physician.

Fun Fact:

I am a big Anime fan. I have seen tons of different Anime; old and new.

I go to gym at least 3 to 4 times a week. Sometimes going 3 days consecutively. Side note: Before weightlifting, I used to weigh less than 100 lbs.

What advice would you give to future undocumented students applying to graduate programs?

You have to maintain your focus throughout the application process. Set up a detailed and organized schedule when to complete necessary requirements; deadlines are incredibly important. And with that note, Do Not Wait Till Its Due! Always aim to complete your requirements far earlier than its due date. Lastly, include a back-up plan incase things do not go your way - this includes a gap year of working at a hospital or a clinic, it could also be a combination of shadowing and volunteer work, or a Master's Program.
